Page updates in progress - Thanks for understanding it's a little messy right now!

These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things!

Instant Pot

This is the pressure cooker I have.  It was for sure one of the best investments I have ever made!  I love how tender food is after such a short cooking time!  Talk about a time saver!

Citrus Juicer

You can definitely squeeze juice out of lemons and limes many ways but because I have sensitive skin due to eczema, I like to keep the acidic juices off my skin.  These citrus squeezers squeeze just about every last drop from your lemons/limes.

Go for the Warmth

We use this for EVERYTHING. Boil water for pasta, tea, pour-over coffee, and making boiled water for cleaning my daughter's medical equipment and for her other trach and g-tube related needs.  I love that it has an auto turn off feature and that the pot is cordless.

Great for washing all sorts of veggies.  Works especially well for leafy greens and lettuce.  I actually prefer this over the oxo because of the flatter lid. It has also out-lived my large oxo spinners.
I own one ceramic knife and I use it all the time.  For people who aren't interested in sharpening knives regularly or keeping them honed, ceramic might be the way to go.  I love mine because it has stayed so sharp for so long.
I love these jars for freezing blended (blenderized) foods for my tube-fed child.  They also work great for freezing sauces and smoothies.  Take a frozen smoothie to work in your lunch box as your ice pack and it's ready to eat by lunch and keeps the rest of your meal cold!
These are my favorite wet-erase markers I use for my daughter's daily schedule/checkoff sheet, to-do lists and to label foods in the refrigerator/freezer.  The marker washes right off in the dishwasher so I can reuse the lids over and over.  You can write notes on your kid's lunch boxes or plasticware containers too.  Nothing like a little love note to embarrass your kids at school. LOL
These chalk markers are my favorite.  They last quite a long time.  I use them to label plastic canning jar lids for storing blends and leftovers or salad dressings.  Just run the lid under running water and rub the writing with your finger to get the writing to wipe right off.  The writing stays on after thawing frozen jars too!
Awesome for rinsing berries, grapes or a large salad for one person.  I hate soggy salads full of water so I always use my salad spinners for lettuce/leafy greens.  I also use the baskets to drain canned beans too.  Grapes and berries store well in these too then they are all washed and ready-to-eat for convenient snacking!
Hard cheese such as parmesan are pretty hard to grate but not with a microplane.  I also use mine for fresh grated nutmeg (I don't like pre-ground for some reason) and for zesting citrus or grating fresh ginger.
I love these plastic lids for mason jars!  I use mason jars to refrigerate leftovers and freeze soups and blenderized foods for my tubie (tube-fed child).  They are dishwasher safe and don't rust with frequent use like the metal lids do.  Plus, you can write on the lids with wet-erase or chalk markers so you can label and date your goods!  If you're freezing stuff, use the chalk markers!  Also, when freezing only use straight sided jars.
We use this for EVERYTHING. Boil water for pasta, tea, pour-over coffee, and making boiled water for cleaning my daughter's medical equipment and for her other trach and g-tube related needs.  I love that it has an auto turn off feature and that the pot is cordless.
