More than just fun and time saving!

I know you're probably like me.  You start the week thinking you're going to plan your meals, eat well, and keep the kitchen clean all while making time for kids and family time.  Oh and and little "me time" would be nice too.  By the end of the week you're eating leftovers if there are any left, packing PB&J for lunch and having cold cereal with milk for dinner.  The kids are living on snacks and you're just tired.

I want to help save you time, stress while also helping you feel better about the meals you're providing your family.  Meal Preppers is NOT a diet.  Meal Preppers is a fun night out for busy women who really need to multitask in order to succeed.  Even though you'll be doing a little work prepping meals, the time will be spent in good company with delicious snacks and drinks.  Meal prepping will be fun disguised as time out with the girls instead of something you have to do to keep your family alive.

Knife Skills

Learn safe and proper techniques to speed up your prep time. Chop, dice, mince, and chiffonade your way to delicous meals!  It's really amazing how many people aren't familiar with knife safety.

Host's Choice

As the host, you can choose what you'd like to serve to snack and sip on while we prep.  We recommend having water and something caffienated or some cheap wine but it's your gig so you make the rules!

Kitchen Shortcuts

Not to pat myself on the back but, I've discovered a ton of great ways to speed up food prep and multitask in the kitchen!  I'll bring my favorites.

Our local meal preppers group meets regularly and works to find convenient dates for all.  We'd love to co-host Meal Preppers at your location whether it be your home, church, or club meeting space.  Theme meals are super fun.  We love hosting kids cooking dates too.  Let us know how we can accomodate for allergies.  Our local group focuses on nutritously balanced meals following the Canadian Food Guide as our template for what we're choosing to define as "healthy".  Let us know if you'd like to host a keto or gluten free Meal Preppers event.  Events with special diet requirements may cost more due to cost of ingredients and availability.

Class prices are currently determined by the following formula:

• $3 per meal per person - assuming family size is 2 adults and 2 kids
• $35 co-hosting fee per person (minimum of 5 preppers including the host)
  • Grocery shopping done for you
  • Meal planning
  • Event setup
  • Meal prepper extraordinnaire co-host (one of us here from Savor Life Nutrition, two for large groups)

*Host earns discounted rate on a sliding scale depending on how many preppers attend.

I don't know about you but $30 is insanely cheap considering the number of hours I'd save shopping, planning, prepping and cleaning.
